Hi, I am Chloë

I am a trained psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, and advanced tapping practitioner, with expertise in matrix reimprinting, Havening, mBIT coaching, and Reiki Mastery.

As a former yoga and Pilates instructor, I blend various therapeutic modalities that work at both somatic and psychosensory levels—so it’s far more than just talk.

My approach is designed to calm your autonomic nervous system, shift your body chemistry, rewire your brain, and transform how you feel emotionally. I’ve carefully integrated these tools and techniques, so all you need to do is press 'Play.'

On a personal note, I’ve overcome anorexia and bulimia, having navigated my own journey through eating disorders and emerged stronger.

As a mother of two (pre)teens and part of the sandwich generation caring for aging parents, I understand the pressures of balancing family, work, and everyday life.

I’ve been involved in wellness since 2001, starting as a yoga and meditation teacher, and have worked specifically in therapy since 2006.
