Hi, I am Chloë
I am a trained psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, and advanced tapping practitioner, with expertise in matrix reimprinting, Havening, mBIT coaching, and Reiki Mastery.
As a former yoga and Pilates instructor, I blend various therapeutic modalities that work at both somatic and psychosensory levelsâso itâs far more than just talk.
My approach is designed to calm your autonomic nervous system, shift your body chemistry, rewire your brain, and transform how you feel emotionally. Iâve carefully integrated these tools and techniques, so all you need to do is press 'Play.'

On a personal note, Iâve overcome anorexia and bulimia, having navigated my own journey through eating disorders and emerged stronger.
As a mother of two (pre)teens and part of the sandwich generation caring for aging parents, I understand the pressures of balancing family, work, and everyday life.
Iâve been involved in wellness since 2001, starting as a yoga and meditation teacher, and have worked specifically in therapy since 2006.

Get yourself moving, both physically and emotionally! We'll explore what movement brings you joy, as well as connecting with insight you may not have realised you have. And maybe you can create a play list to keep you joyful and motivated...
